Welcome to the 9th Edition of The Coast to Coast Challenge. This year’s race will start on the Pacific Coast somewhere along the Nicoya Peninsula at 10am on April the 19th 2009. Teams will have 142 hours (almost 6 days) to complete the 500 plus kilometer route across Costa Rica. Go to Race Info to get more details.
  
Registration for the race officially opens on Wednesday the 17th of December, 2008. The race field for this year’s race is limited to 25 teams. Go to How to Register for more details on how to get your team signed up for some real adventure. Coast to Coast Challenge  
As in previous years we have designed a 10 Day Race Itinerary for teams coming from outside Costa Rica. You just need to show up, ready to race, and we will take care of the rest.

In past years teams have brought family and friends to enjoy the country while watching the race. This year, in the design of the route, we have kept this in mind and have a great program for people joining the race. Contact us for more details.		  
Coast to Coast Challenge The route design team is back from a couple of weeks of work on the 2009 route. They are not saying much but are excited about the route and will give more details on the route through the ctocrace.com News that will be sent out on January 5th, 2009.
